In my opinion, it depends on the market you are Targeting like if it’s for middle class then you should organise the trips as cheap as possible while keeping quality but if it’s for rich then they want some adventure or great luxury and memories.
Pls think of any travel plan which no one is offering in the industry or innovate some of the travel plans in the industry where travellers are facing challenges/ problems….
In India, getting a competitive advantage over other travel-based startups such as Make my Trip, ByondTravel, Tripvillas, etc is a bit difficult. But this can be achieved by putting more money into marketing in order to make a good online presence, and get customer trust.
In India, a wide section of the market is middle-class, so they aim to get the best product at the cheapest price. So, you can secure a good amount of funding and give out coupons, reduce the cost of travel or stay, in order to attract more and more customers to your platform. In order to achieve that, you need to secure a good round of funding that could help your startup grow in a way you planned.
